ON1 Photo RAW 2017 has more simple and ready-made presets and filters built in and it offers layer support. The software is simple to work with. You can get cool results with few minor adjustments by image presets and other easy to learn tools. You can adjust everything from colour, detail, sharpening, noise reduction, skin retouching and much more as you like. It plays well with other pluggins. Those are my favorite features and most important of all, there is great online support and tutorial videos to help you with specific tips and tricks on how to use the software.
