I think the coupon was suppose for a deal well I 'm not sure but it supposely for stacksocial some one exploit this and share the coupon that is why they are requesting for purchase receipt.
I have responded to their email. Will have to wait till I get an answer.
They refused to continue as Pro, so I went ahead and deleted account.
