Update June 30 - Contacted Jam Software in regards to version 2.1.0.368/2.1.0.370, here is there response.
My 2 cents - Probably best to wait for the official release in a few days.

v2.1.0.370 is a beta version which fixed a problem during the start of V2.1.0.368 (access violation).
If you want a safe download you can also download the beta version (V2.1.370) with the fix from the links below:

The fix will be included in the next official version which will be released in a few days.
