I have used Advanced SystemCare for a number of years across different versions of windows on PC's and Laptops.
I have Never had an issue with it.  

I particularly like the Performance Monitor.  Great for removing temp files, privacy sweep  and system optimization.

I don't use the Registry Clean.
I use manual mode.  There is detailed information on all of the options it will be cleaning.

Pro licenses are given away quite frequently. 

Recommended.
