The download link for Power-user Premium is provided to you above. 
Download and install Power-user Premium. After install, run Microsoft PowerPoint or Excel or Word and you should see a new tab for POWER-USER. 
Click on that tab, go to INSERT LICENSE KEY. At that screen, enter the following license key and click ACTIVATE:
