I have seen a few members enter this competition without paying particular attention to the golden rules

particularly

one suggestion would be if you haven't already maybe introduce yourself HERE
number two suggestion maybe find an external giveaway that hasn't already been posted, maybe create a thread in license swaps, or some
latest tech news that you find interesting and would like to share with your fellow members or maybe have seen a hot deal that you would like to share ... but please remember to keep you in with a chance to win and not be disapointed :@  you must have at least 2 threads that you have posted
