You can also go directly to the software developer to download installer https://www.movavi.com/support/downloads-all.html
Then from the drop-down menu choose Movavi Photo Editor and then click on "Movavi Photo Editor 1" to begin download.

After you install, simply register/activate with license key provided above.

And as rezo posted, Movavi Photo Editor 1.5.0 is a much older version, but it does work.
