Did you follow the moderator's instructions to "create two new “quality” forum topics or blog posts," found at LINK ? ... He (Dan) said on the same forum thread. "Yes, it will probably be active until the end of the year." ... Also, did you send him a PM with the links to the forum topics or blog posts you created?
If you did these things, I believe you will get your free year license, but I am no authority over there, just a new member.
