I have previously used Gridinsoft Anti-Malware and it is a great tool to remove malware without having to manually edit system files and registry. The program removes additional system changes that are implemented by some malicious programs and that are ignored by some standard antivirus scanners. It effectively removes various types of adware adware (displays unwanted advertising); spyware spyware.

I wish GridinSoft further development and improvement of the software.
