Use the program X-Proxy Which I uploaded to the cloud. X-Proxy
Download the app and connect to Singapore
Click on the link here. (assuming you installed UPLAY and closed)
Click on Get free below the price tag.
You will be prompted to either download UPlay or launch UPlay. If you have already installed UPlay, the application will start and require a signature from you.
After logging in, you will be asked to tie the game to your account. Click OK and it's yours!
Get to the boot screen and then exit UPLAY. You can play in your own country.
