I've used Kerish Doctor for years and have never encountered any compatibility issues with it.  It cleans out junk files and has many useful functions like checking for problems in File Extensions and Shared Libraries to keep a machine running smoothly.  One of my favorites options checks for obsolete versions of installed software and offers the option to go directly to the website to download a new version or install the new version.
