What's the best free antivirus in the world?

Do you think what the best free antivirus is in the world? What brand of antivirus do you use if let you choose?

Now I'm using avast free antivirus. Any good advice for choosing free antivirus? Thanks in advance.

Norton 360 is my Anti-virus/Internet Security/Backup/Firewall program of choice.

My suggestions: "Avira, Bitdefender, Comodo, Emsisoft, G Data, Kaspersky, Norton, Trend Micro" 

You can use one of them with Zemana or Hitman or MalwareBytes

I'm using Avira in combination with MalwareBytes products (antimalware & Anti-exploit) without problem under win 8.1.

But I think you should add a real antivirus software Cool!

Malwarebytes is not a real antivirus but a secure assistant to antivirus, I think.
