Another good Audio recording app  giveaway for monstertruckpa.

I think I can't use it, the program uses libraries .NETframework and I don't have installed because it makes slowness my windows. 
.NET and WINUP together always ends up corrupted on my pc, damaging other sensitive areas without solution.
