In the end we would have a listing

Maybe they would not be all
but sure
You could catch some cheaters

I do not know if this would be legal

Multiple account abuse: It has been brought to my attention we have a few forum members using multiple accounts in order to have a greater chance to win on our giveaways. This is not fair to all the other members of the forum and considered cheating. I'm worried about my experience in another forum before, I only have one account but I use a portable modem to connect to the internet, and do not get the same ip address every time connected, whether I will also be banned ?, how I avoided it ?

it does not matter if you had different ip from your registered ip because what matter is your ip should not conflict with other member ip. this is literally impossible scenario unless both sharing same network or using same vpn server.

it mean you can have different ip on one account as long as those ip is not found as duplicate (different user sharing same ip) by our system.

There seems to be an increase in dual accounts again. Members of the staff if you feel there are people with dual accounts entering giveaways  please send me the names.
