Decided to give this a go, and I tell ya, I am not having a lot of faith in this Abelssoft PC Fresh 2016, as it crashed almost right away even after the program updated.

All I did was selective Services, the first Menu item. It did take a very long time to load all the default Windows Services, when it did, I simply clicked on "Show Recommended" and then I pressed "Show All" then I got the message: A Problem has occurred" and "PC Fresh has stopped working". and then I had to close it.

Unfortunately Abelssoft's PC Fresh 2016 is no longer installed on my fully updated 64-bit Windows 10 build 14393.447, uninstalled it right away.

My 2 cents - Most of these settings are already accessible within Windows or found in more established and reliable utilities.
