We have a lot of software that lets you edit PDF files so that you can add or extract some of the contents

Also some of these applications support OCR feature which allows you to edit scanned PDF files

Many applications are multilingual and support many languages which is specially important in OCR features

Do you prefer a certain type of programs?  [Acrobat, PDF Infix, wondershare, iSkysoft,.............]

What are the pros and cons you find?

Does it support your language (if not English)?

for Me, Nitro PDF is the best PDF suite for Windows . It is more stable and faster than many other popular programs like Soda PDF and it cost way less than what it does for Adobe Tools
