Microsoft is relaunching the PowerToys for Windows 10 and 11. The pre-release version 0.68 is currently available. COMPUTER BILD explains all functions.
The PowerToys are a collection of Windows tools from Microsoft. The software classic originally appeared for Windows 95 and included the legendary TweakUI tool, which for the first time made hidden Windows settings available with a mouse click. After versions for Windows 98 and XP, things went quiet about Microsoft's toolbox. It wasn't until 2019 that the manufacturer made fans' hearts beat faster - when it relaunched the PowerToys for Windows 10 . Since then, the developers have been constantly distributing new pre-release versions with improvements and bug fixes on Github .
