What I like most about PDF Impress is - it is complex and a very well designed pdf editor. Firstly it's kept clean and user friendly despite lots of features it provides. I often work with scanned documents and need to modify them. I believe PDF Impress will help me to make them modifiable with OCR easyly.

Most favorite feature in the program is that the program gives the opportunity to automate PDF conversion thanks to a special module called Watchers.
And many others like with PDF Impress 10 can use any scanner or webcam to convert
hard copies of documents and photos into searchable PDF files
with the multi-language OCR engine.

I specifically like that it allows to change a color theme and fully customize PDF conversion profiles with own icon and color. PDF/A a multiple pre-defined PDF profiles are available. It can create a custom PDF profile and then create MSI install which will include such profile in it. This is very useful if you have a need for custom PDF profiles distribution in your organization.  Also, Convert scan to text with optical character recognition (OCR) Use built-in OCR to convert scan or image file with text into searchable PDF. OCR is based on Tesseract and default language support includes English, German, French and Spanish, more languages can be added on by user.
