Install it and during installation, you need to create a StickyAccount, and if you already have an account, log in with your credentials

I use this software- its actually pretty good. The neat feature is that it allows you to sync passwords over wi-fi rather than upload them into the cloud if you choose to. Therefore more secure (in theory).
