What is the best backup Application?

I am very interested in seeing the outcome of this poll.



I have been searching for the answer to this question for years and I can find no convincing answer from any user or software critic on google.com. 

Window's "system restore" feature has failed me many times when I have needed it in an emergency regarding restoring my system.


I am also very interested if anyone has had any experience of  any free back-up software, like "AOMEI Backupper" being good (reliable to do the job.)
