The Neon Abyss - Chrono Trap DLC is free for players on Epic Games Store and GOG for a limited time.
The only catch is that you need to own the base game to claim the DLC. If you remember, Neon Abyss was given away during the Winter Sale in December 2021, on the Epic Games Store. Here's how you can add the DLC to your account.
1. Go to the game's page

2. Scroll down till you see Neon Abyss - Chrono Trap in the add-ons section.
3. Click the add to cart button.
4. Go to your cart, and checkout for free.
