All downloads of our software are fully functional and can be evaluated for the full duration of the trial periods. The below evaluation version(s) can be turned into a full production version by entering in your purchased license key or PRODUCT ID, so there is no need for re-installation.

Tarek, as it says license type: perpetual, that means your license is perpetual as in it's yours for life. You can use the same Product ID as long as it's for the version your Product ID is for. So as long as you install a version 10 build that Product ID will work just fine. It's only if you wish to use the upcoming version 11 that you would need to purchase a new license.

The second thing. If you change your computer or hard drive, then the best practise is always to uninstall the program first as this will automatically free up the Product ID for use right away. If for some reason you can not install RollBack Rx again, contact technical support (support@horizondatasys.com) that will help you reset your Product ID.
