The forum is extremely slow with 504 Gateway Time-out many times

I'm getting the same issue. The only time I can get in is early morning. Later in the day it's impossible for me.

I would suggest create a new thread for admins only.


Stating:-
domain name registration details
hosting details
server specs 
mybb php etc versions 
plugins 

Yes, this info can be found online, but easier if all information is in one thread.

Create a schedule of planned maintenance.
planning on date  x   between  hours of y and z   GMT / EST.
Who is doing the work.

That way can separate an issue with maintenance or if hosting issue or wider DNS/router issues.

Thanks for your suggestions but we already have admins only threads for several things you just don't see them.
