Start of the program with error for me under Win 8.1 (even after repair).

Unfortunately, the issued license number in their email is not acceptable and the Register link has a red error message. So it looks like their reg server is down or the number they sent is invalid if the English version is installed. Took a long time to install - 30 mins.

After this failure, you can no longer get access to My PROMT from the app and that means you can't activate it from the app anymore, even if you get a working licence number. If you go to the activation page of PROMT website as is the alternative, again the license number is 'invalid' even if you know the product code etc.

The licence is 1 year if you get lucky and it activates. But I give up.

Uninstalling...
