The Samsung Back to School Giveaway (the "Giveaway") entry period begins on July 7th, 2017 at 1:00 a.m. and ends on September 11th, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (the "Giveaway Period"). All times in the Giveaway refer to Central Time.

Eligibility:
Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at time of entry, other than residents of Florida, New York, Puerto Rico or Rhode Island. Officers, directors, and employees of Giveaway Entities (as defined below), members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Giveaway Entities shall include XOTIC PC, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development, administration or promotion of the Giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable, federal, state and local laws.
