    Drag-and-drop reordering of section tabs

Enhancements:

    Rules: option to hide rule application notifications. Added menu item “Options / Rules / Notify When Applied”
    Import: “Import rules” checkbox
    Editor: option to turn off automatic adding of space to the Tags field. Added “editor.tagsfield.autoaddspace” parameter to cintanotes.settings

Fixes:

    Keyboard issue with the rules log dialog
