How to check if your IP address is in the spam list?

As you all know, the IP address plays a very important role in communicating with trusted parties on the Internet. If you know someone's IP address, you can use it to create nasty behavior, which is illegal. But most of us work with dynamic IPs using our broadband connections, and IT managers use static IPs in companies. There are also times when we use our homes to configure our servers and use the IP addresses provided by ISPs (Internet Service Providers).

This is where IP address reliability is required. If your IP address is dirty or on the spam list, your server will not be able to communicate with trusted parties in the outside world. So, to check your IP address, there are 2 ways:



1. MXTOOLBOX

To check your IP address go to  mxtoolbox and enter your IP address.



Click "Blacklist check" to check your IP address.

2. SEARCH ON GOOGLE

Using your IP address on the machine, search on Google.



If Google asks for captcha, then your IP address is dirty

HOW TO REMOVE IP ADDRESS FROM BLACK LIST?

When you search in mxtoolbox, you will get a list of resources where your IP address is blacklisted.



Now, some resources are blacklisted IP addresses for a specific time, and some resources - until you request them or fill out their form.

You will need to fill out a form to remove from the blacklist for the individual resources LISTED above.



Clearing your IP address can take hours or days.
