Last month a California hacker was arrested for defacing numerous military, government, and business websites, including the West Point’s Combating Terrorism Center and the New York City Comptroller’s Office. According to the Department of Justice, the hacker allegedly used specialized computer skills and knowledge to hack over 11,000 websites!
