It is simple, for google+ for instance just post and share publicly the post and then copy the generated link here. For facebook it is a bit complicated as you have to distribute publicly the post and save the link and then copy and paste it here. It is important NOT to make the posts private. I think for twitter is the same, just tweet the post publicly. Hope it was helpful for you.

You find the correct URL of a tweet or a FB share by right-clicking the Time/Date stamp.
