My 2 cents - I will NOT download/install any crippled Cyberlink promotions. Giveaway also does NOT state weather this is Deluxe or other. The $49.99 price tag is questionable. I found CyberLink PowerDirector 13 for sale only on Amazon, but not for sale on cyberlink.com. Also PowerDirector 14 is the current version.
Update - Meltytech, LLC. have recently released a free, open source, cross-platform video editor called Shotcut., which I posted it in the freeware section http://www.promo2day.com/showthread.php?tid=10217 I have not had a chance to try this yet, but Might be worth checking out.
