I tried it with firefox and IE11, clicking Get it now, the tiny working in
the background animation goes on indefinitely and no email.

I got a support email back from them and they said to just look in
your spam folder (nothing) or try a different email.

Never had any problem getting anything from anyone with the
hotmail address I used with them and can't use a different email
now because they replied after the promotion expired for the windows
version. Real nice.
