@tarekma7, Don't waste your time looking for a fix. I would suggest Windows repair with installation disc/USB or clean install Windows.

2 ways I can think of

1. Fresh OS Install

2. Boot via OS on a USB / external Hard disk

these are for bsod, dont know if it will be effective for you. Usually faulty ram or driver issues cause it.

Have u tried sfc/scannow and/or chkdsk in command prompt? If so, what is the output? and did you install some driver/driver related program like VPN in recent days? and what about task manager- CPU, DISK AND RAM-how much of each otems are being used? And how old is your laptop?

you should make a complete copy of your hard drive with acronis, macrium reflect or some other reliable software.
and then install win dows from scratch.
If it works fine, then recover your files from the copy you made, of course you will have to install the programs again (every time you install something you must create a restore point).
if this also causes the same problem then the problem is from ardware.

You noticed the problem after Windows updated. I don't think it is a hardware problem.

Windows repair or clean install is a better and time-saving option for your problem.

If Windows repair doesn't fix the problem, clean install Windows.
After installing Windows, don't perform Windows updates. If you don't notice the problem, it would suggest no hardware problem.
Then perform Windows updates. If you don't notice the problem, it would suggest no driver incompatibility.

Windows clean install is the best option for you. I think it will fix the problem.
