I understand you, if you have lost important data, contact technical support, I have communicated with them more than once, they are adequate people. pClode is one of the best cloud services, I have no problems, I have been using it for a long time, I made 4 accounts of 20 GB each, a lot of my friends use it, no one has ever complained.
