Added simplified Chinese translation, thanks to Crystal-RainSlide
Improved the Image Effects Window UI design to make it more user friendly and added one new effect
Fixed cycling between image with scroll wheel, when cursor was not pointed at the image
When hiding the interface, the window can now be moved without holding shift down
Fixed errors when loading broken images
