As only ex staff (yes many many moons ago) I can vote , 

I must say there are so many members deserved of the recognition for their input, yes a lot of personal time is used up scrolling through the internet to find worthy material to post that will actually get views,
OR contacting Devs for Software reviews and giveaways to keep us all informed and freebied up
