Thanks for trying Sasha, so the issue is from my ISP (i've tried also to connect after using another vpn).

entered their site, had look at server list (only 10 countries) and prices. I think 13$/month is way exaggerated (same price as express vpn or other big providers)
too bold for start but I will have to test it
they ask for card for 1 week trial...
