The competition is open to all adult residents, of all UN recognized nations, unless there’s a legal requirement, rule, directive, legislation or jurisdiction of any form or from any authority that forbids or limits the participation. It is your own responsibility to consult your legal authorities and get informed if you are allowed to participate in the contest or participate in any type of services provided by Company Name, or Financer.com and its affiliated companies or partners.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. You agree that by participating in any or all of the requirements of the competition that you are officially entering this competition and to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated in this document and all other associated rules placed on the official Financer.com posts.
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person unless indicated otherwise by the organizers. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless if explicitly mentioned on the contest terms.
9. Opening date for entry is the date the official post is shared on the official corporate social media channels of the promoter unless if indicated otherwise by the organizers. Typically, this day will be within the first week of a calendar month.
10. Closing date for entry will be the last day of each calendar month that the contest is announced, unless if indicated otherwise by the organizers.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. The rules on how to enter are explained on the official contest post as shown on the official communication channels of the Company, which include the official company’s social media accounts or website posts.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
15. The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
16. Multiple winners may be chosen for each given contest. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner, or declare the prize and contest as invalid.

20. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Each winner is required to submit to us via email their own picture holding the gift, or mentioning the gift within 2 days of it being delivered to their designated address, physical or virtual. The winner also accepts to grant us the permission to use any content provided to us for any commercial purpose.
21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. All participants agree to let us share, distribute, edit any content that they provided or shared to our official social media channels including text, images, references, or any other related content.
23. Any reviews provided for any company listed in Financer.com should be genuine and reflect a real customer experience. The entrants will be disqualified if it's proven that their reviews were not a part of a genuine experience and interaction. Writing any review for any company listed in Financer.com is not a requirement for entering the giveaway. If the entrant decides to write a review that is incentivized by the giveaway, this should be stated in the title of the review.
24. The only mandatory action to participate in the giveaway(s) is for the entrant to subscribe to Financer.com email list(s). Our email lists have several scopes including marketing, re-marketing, user support, user service, informational newsletters, account settings, privacy information, general requirements, specific user requests, or other. The entrant to subscribe to our email lists should agree that his email will be used for any of the aforementioned scopes as described at term number 24, or for any other reason deemed suitable for Financer.com
25. The organizer retains the rights to cancel or amend the contest terms at any given point, with or without notice.
