Gift 1: Data2Pocket 2020
With the little helper Data2Pocket 2020 from the German software company AbelssoftBacking up multimedia files to an external storage medium becomes child's play. The tool searches the entire computer for pictures, videos and songs and pulls all files with just one click onto a selected USB stick or, if necessary, onto a larger USB hard drive. The tool also finds difficult-to-find files in no time and copies them to portable storage. In the free version offered today, the software also allows some individual settings such as a practical size filter. A minimum size is important, for example, if you don't want icon images of programs on the stick. A maximum size specification makes sense especially when transporting large videos, if the stick should only have very limited storage space.
