Communication plays an important role in our life in every matter, be it personal or professional.
We use our mobiles for Whatsapp, we use our browsers for Facebook, and many other popular website everyday and, many things often require different devices, but what if I said, you can use  all these apps, services, and websites with one app ?
I would like to introduce an email client called The Mailbird.
The Mailbird is a popular and trustable email client, and offers secure communication whether you’re a free or paid user. Mailbird supports multiple email accounts with many features to make your work easy. Every action for your email is on top of your email which you open, and you can just right click and select the one you want. I just want to say that the action bar is easy to use and the options are convenient to apply.

The Mailbird comes in two different options.
1.     Mailbird free (restricted to only 3 email accounts, but you can try the pro features free for 30 days.)
2.     Mailbird Pro has no restrictions
The Mailbird provides updates free for lifetime regardless of what version you use, and both options allow you to use services like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Asana, Dropbox, Todoist, Google calendar, moo.do, and many more… without paying an extra penny.

The installation process is really easy, all you have to do is just click on next, next and install. 

Mailbird requires only the username and password to login to your email account. You don’t need to fill up anything else, like the mail settings.

Note: You need to enable “Allow less-secure apps” for your Gmail to configure it, but they’re working to add O2authentication ASAP.

Once configured you can take full advantage of all services, not only your emails but also the other features I mentioned.


Composing an email is very similar like web mail. You can drag & drop option an attachment and it also supports quick attachment preview, so you can check it before sending the emails.

Advanced search and autocomplete are great options which save your some time.

 

Inline reply: Inline reply allows us to reply for each specific section, this feature isn’t available in webmail as far as I know, correct me if I am wrong. With shortcuts it saves us lots of time, you can enable and disable gmail shortcut from the option > general tab.

Snooz: A new reminder feature using which you can snooze emails for later, if you are busy.

Enabling services is easy. You just need to click on apps



There are 2 layouts: vertical and horizontal. I like the horizontal view in Mailbird, as it makes your email client beautiful and colorful. You can select it from the Option> appearance tab.

You can find all the advance settings from options.

Pros: Mailbird is a convenient email client for all, very easy to use and has good features like inline reply and many more.

Cons:  Mailbird doesn’t have password protection on startup.

Conclusion : The Mailbird is one of the best email clients with some unique features. It doesn’t take a long time to start, if you enabled some service. The user interface is really good, but in terms of security, I think it needs some improvement.
