I think those lifetime licenses are for that specific version and not for all future versions.

Those lifetime licenses are lifetime upgrades i.e free upgrades to new versions.

Have you confirmed that with the malwarebytes support team.

You don't need to confirm with MBAM. They don't have version limited lifetime license. They have lifetime upgrade license only. And also when you add the license in MBAM account, it shows lifetime license & number of device.
