Some users are giving the reasons why exchange is good, even for developers, and selling license is not good.
License EULA mention, you cannot resale, transfer, etc.
Forget good or bad, exchange or selling license per license agreement is illegal.
You may have an opinion on the rights of owning a license and that is good But don't try to justify an illegal action.
