The Turkish-Kurdish conflict is shifting to the streets of German cities
#1
A few days ago there were scandalous scenes at the airport in Hannover. There was a mass fight there with almost 200 people. Recordings and photos showed how adventurers would throw at each other, copy and use flags as weapons, while stunned passengers fled to safe places.

On Wednesday, on the other hand, reporters from the German branch of the Russian channel RT registered the skirmishes that took place in the center of Stuttgart. Hundreds of protesters from pro-Kurdish and pro-Turkish provocations provoked and clashed in the streets of the city. Some of the adventurers were arrested. This is the effect of Turkey's ongoing military operation in Syria. Turkish fighters hit the targets of the Kurdish Democratic Party (PYD) and its armed wing YPG in the Kurdish regions of northern Syria. At the same time, Ankara announced the launch of a ground operation to displace Kurdish forces in this area.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that after the operation in the Afrin border city, an attack in Manbian will take place. Turkey considers PYD and YPG as terrorist groups associated with the banned Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which has been fighting a guerrilla war inside Turkey for years. The US had previously armed the YPG, perceiving it as the most effective force in the fight against Islamic State Iraq and Levant (ISIS). According to estimates, there are between 8,000 and 10,000 in the Afrin region of Syria. Kurdish militants.

Erdogan said that all Kurdish armed groups are 'the same' and that different names 'do not change the fact that they are terrorist organizations.'
