Got it immediately here in Belgium. Have you tried with a french VPN ?
On the other hand you have 3 options at the end : Check "Je ne suis pas encore abonné à 01net *" Don't check "Cliquez ici pour ne pas recevoir les offres commerciales de 01net et de ses partenaires "

They exclude one by one false addresses, because I tried with mine and it no longer works.
