My favorite features
Based on my need, the favorite features I see in Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery Professional are - recover data from USB drives and reformatted partitions, recovery of office and PDF files, support for both FAT & NTFS, ability to search specific file types such as office/PDF/Multimedia files and lastly, “Create Image” feature which is very useful to attempt recovery without stressing the actual disk/drive.

I believe Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery is among the better recovery utilities on the market. My favorite features are its ability to create image of entire partition for data recovery so you can work on it without risking further destroying the original one. I also like it's capable to recover not only predefined and known files types but also unknown user-defined file types by defining the file header.

Cloning feature is great to prevent overwritting of deleted files and getting higher chance for recovery, appreciated CD/DVD recovery especially rare movies we have on scratched cd/dvd, and preview files while scanning so that we can stop the scan when we want

3--High recovery rates of files on reformatted drives.

I installed the program, but it runs in demo version. I like simple intuitive interface and advanced search options. 
Very useful deep scan function bit by bit on entire disk. Allows you to restore a deleted partition and recover data from optical drives.
