Tutorial | Few steps to merge your PDF files professionally and easily
#1
People especially office staff always find that it is difficult to merge two or more PDF documents into one. Now I suggest one useful application named PDF Merge Pro which will help people to merge multiple PDF documents.

Step 1: Click Add PDFs button to choose the two PDF documents you want to merge. You can also drag and drop them to the main area.

Step 2: According to your final needs, you can rearrange the PDF documents or remove the unnecessary. You can check the status of each document through the icon to see whether they can be used for merging.

Step 3: Once the PDF docs you have dragged and dropped are encrypted, PDF Merge will remind you that these documents should be unlocked first. Click the Lock icon, you can unlock the PDF file with your owner password or user password.

Step 4: If you want to merge specified pages of one PDF document, you just need to enter the correct page number according to the user tips of the head of “Selected Pages” column. For example: 1,4,5;10–20;22,40;

Step 5: Set password to protect the merged PDF document. If you want your merged document encrypted, you could click the password button and set owner password or user password for the new file.

Step 6: You can also change the export file name or destination folder as you wish.

Step 7: In the end, all that’s left to do is hit the “Merge” button, and you’re good to go, with your output PDF, comprising all the previously selected ones, being saved to a location of your choice.
