Official Terms and Conditions - “Picture Keeper’s Thanks-Giveaway”
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email address at the time of entry. Sweepstakes offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Employees of Simplified IT Products, ("Sponsor" and “Prize Provider”), their collective subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising agencies, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Eligibility is contingent on agreement to, and compliance with, these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States.
   
2. To Enter: Sweepstakes runs from Nov 1, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. ET through Nov 30, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter without purchase or obligation, complete the steps included on picturekeeper.com.  All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries are not eligible. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on Nov 30, 2016.  No photocopied, mechanically, or electronically reproduced entries accepted. Any attempt by any person found to enter or in any way attempt to obtain more than the authorized number of entries will be found to be ineligible, and their entries will be disqualified. Any eligible individual participating in this Sweepstakes shall be a "Participant." Participation must be by the Participant. Participants are required to provide truthful information and Sponsor will reject any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and may also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
   
3. Drawing: On or about Nov 30, 2016, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Sponsor. There will be two (2) potential Grand-Prize winner who will be notified via email on or about 72 hours after the random drawing takes place. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  All potential winners are subject to eligibility verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF BEING A WINNER, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.
   
4. Prize: Two (2) Grand Prizes consisting of a VISA gift card worth $500 USD.  The VISA gift card is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash. The VISA will not be replaced for any reason, including, without limitation, if lost, stolen, or fraudulently used. The VISA is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to a third party. Sale, auction, or re-tendering of the VISA is strictly prohibited. The VISA may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Simplified IT Products, LLC. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of the VISA rules and regulations may result in cancellation of the VISA. Gift card holders are required to be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident.
