You can skip to step 4.  Without a good knowledge of Russian would be impossible to do this step.

1-download from this link as it is direct and resumable
   http://fr7.abbyy.com/fr12/ABBYY_FineRead...sional.exe

2- activate offline , use web activation site throught submitting your data here
http://activation.abbyy.com/Finereader/default_com.asp

that they will give you a licene key file

keep it to be used later on the same machine within the validity period

as there is a limited number of online activation even the same machine
