TeamViewer is really useful and I need it quite often. I don't keep the service running though as I've always had fears of unauthorized connections using exploits, backdoors etc. Whenever I need to connect to a remote PC to assist someone I recommend the Quick Support executable. As for my concerns not far ago there were a lot of hacking reports.
