you should make a complete copy of your hard drive with acronis, macrium reflect or some other reliable software.
and then install win dows from scratch.
If it works fine, then recover your files from the copy you made, of course you will have to install the programs again (every time you install something you must create a restore point).
if this also causes the same problem then the problem is from ardware.
