Am I missing something? The game isn't free, it shows up as $29.99 in the GOG Galaxy client.

Edit: Ok, it seems it was taken down for a while.

They tweeted that the giveaway is live now, and you don't need the Galaxy client. Go to GOG.com and scroll down till you see the banner for the game.
